Breakfast is considered the most important meal of the day, but it's often skipped or rushed through, likely leaving us hungry before lunch.

We often hear the phrase "Eat breakfast like a King, lunch like a Prince and dinner like a Pauper" and theres a reason for that. Breakfast provides the body with energy to fuel us for the day after an overnight fast, as well as important nutrients and vitamins such as calcium, vitamin C and iron.
